How do I place an order?
Browse by category or search for a product, add the items you want to cart, review quantities, enter your Malaysian delivery address, choose immediate or scheduled delivery, then continue to secure checkout.
Do I need to check my delivery area before shopping?
Delivery availability is checked during checkout after you enter your state, city, area, postcode, and street address. If the selected address is not supported, checkout will ask you to adjust the delivery details.
Can I add notes for my order?
Yes. Use the order comments field during checkout for practical packing or delivery notes. The team will try to follow reasonable requests, but fulfilment depends on product condition, store preparation, and delivery capacity.
Are non-Halal items handled separately?
Where non-Halal items are included, they should be handled carefully and kept separate from Halal-sensitive items during preparation and delivery handling.
Delivery
What delivery options are available?
This storefront supports delivery only. You can choose immediate delivery when available, or select an available scheduled delivery slot during checkout.
What are the delivery hours?
Delivery is available within 07:00 - 23:00 Malaysia time, subject to address coverage, product availability, and daily delivery capacity.
How much is delivery?
Immediate delivery costs RM 10.00 and is free from RM 30.00. Scheduled delivery costs RM 5.00 and is free from RM 15.00. The final delivery fee is shown before payment.
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes. Choose scheduled delivery at checkout and select an available 2-hour slot. Slot availability may change by area, date, order volume, and operating capacity.
Why is my delivery delayed?
Delays may happen because of weather, traffic, building access, operational load, payment review, or stock checks. If timing changes, customer support or the delivery team may contact you with an update.
Orders & Packaging
How do I track an order?
Use the Track order page and enter the order details requested by the storefront. Order status may also update as payment, packing, delivery, or support steps progress.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please review your cart, address, delivery slot, and payment details before submitting. After an order is created, changes or cancellation requests depend on whether payment, packing, or delivery preparation has already started.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable during preparation, the order may be adjusted and customer support may contact you where needed. Any refund or adjustment follows the final paid order and support review.
Who prepares my groceries?
Orders are prepared for delivery by store fulfilment or support teams who select, pack, and hand over products for delivery based on the confirmed order.
How are chilled, frozen, and fragile items packed?
Temperature-sensitive and fragile items are packed with extra care where needed. Please receive and check fresh, chilled, frozen, and bakery products promptly after delivery.
Can very heavy orders be limited?
Large or heavy orders may be adjusted if they exceed practical delivery handling limits, especially for bulky water cartons, household packs, or addresses with restricted access.
Payment & Promotions
What payment methods are supported?
Use the secure checkout flow shown on the site. Available card or payment options are displayed during checkout before you submit payment.
Is online payment secure?
Checkout is designed to use a secure payment flow. Always review the payment page, complete any bank verification steps, and avoid sharing payment details outside the checkout form.
Why is my payment not going through?
Payment may fail because of insufficient funds, bank decline, card verification failure, expired payment sessions, incorrect details, or network issues. Try again after checking your payment details or contact your bank if the decline continues.
How do Super Sale promotions work?
Eligible Super Sale items can receive the displayed Buy 1 Get 1 Free benefit and Super Sale basket discounts automatically in cart. Spend RM29 to get RM3 off, or spend RM69 to get RM7 off on eligible Super Sale items.
Are promotions final?
Promotional prices, bonus items, coupons, delivery offers, and stock availability may change. The cart and checkout total shown before payment is the final amount for that checkout session.
Returns & Refunds
How do I report a problem with my order?
Contact customer support as soon as possible with your order details, item name, quantity, and clear photos if the product is damaged, incorrect, missing, or not in expected condition on arrival.
Can I return fresh or chilled items?
Fresh produce, chilled goods, frozen products, bakery items, and ready meals are generally not returnable after delivery unless there is a clear issue when they arrive.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another method agreed by support. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing time.
What if the final receipt total is different?
Final totals may change if items are unavailable, quantities are adjusted, or a reviewed refund is approved. Any difference should be handled through the refund or adjustment process shown by support.

Product images are for shopping reference. Packaging, size, origin, label details, and presentation may vary because suppliers and product batches can change.
